We use your information to: provide and operate the Domptima platform; match you with appropriate verified technicians; process payments and send invoices; communicate about your bookings and projects; improve our services through analytics; comply with legal obligations; and send relevant service updates (you may opt out at any time).
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, AES-256 encryption for stored sensitive data, regular security audits and penetration testing, strict access controls and authentication requirements, and secure payment processing via PCI-DSS compliant providers.

We share your information only in these limited circumstances: with verified technicians assigned to your project (limited to information needed to complete the job); with payment processors to facilitate transactions; with service providers who help us operate the platform (under strict confidentiality agreements); and when required by Nigerian law or court order.

You have the right to: access and download your personal data; correct inaccurate information; request deletion of your account and data; opt out of marketing communications at any time; and lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Project records are retained for 7 years for legal and warranty purposes. If you delete your account, personal information is removed within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting a notice on our platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
